Eagle Eye Security LTD provides event security services for festivals, community events, private parties and venues across Surrey and the Lower Mainland. The organizer gets to run the event and look after the guests, while the guards watch the doors, the numbers and the crowd.

Great job at protecting and guards actually care about their job unlike other companies e.g Paladin Security who just hang out with their other co-workers and have fun. Eagle Eye’s guards are professionals who excel in keeping everybody safe and sound. If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would.Posted on Google![]()

Eagle Eye installed my video monitoring system. They took the time research my property to come up with the best system based on my budget. Varun and Rangot from Eagle Eye were very courteous and professional. They took time to explain how the system works in very easy terms. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.Posted on Google![]()

What Our Event Guards Do
Every event follows the duties agreed with you when the booking is made. On a standard event booking, the guards cover the following.
Before doors open
The guards arrive before the event starts, walk the venue with you or the organizer, and agree which entries are open, where guests come in, and who the guards report to during the event.
Entries, tickets and numbers
Guards at the door check entries as guests arrive, check tickets where the event is ticketed, and keep count of the numbers coming in, so the venue stays within the number it is set up for.
The crowd and the grounds
Through the event, the guards keep an eye on the crowd, walk the grounds, entrances and parking areas, and watch for trouble starting, so it can be dealt with while it is still small.
On hand if something goes wrong
If something goes wrong, the guards are on hand to deal with it. You hear what happened during the event, and a written note of anything that went wrong follows.
When the event ends, the guards stay until the last guests have left and the venue is locked up or handed back, as agreed in the booking.
Events Our Guards Cover
Event guards suit any gathering where guests arrive, numbers matter and someone has to watch the doors and the crowd. These are the events our guards cover most.
An outdoor or indoor festival with entries, stages and crowds moving through the day. Guards check the entries, keep an eye on the crowd and are on hand if something goes wrong.
A gathering run by a community group, a cultural group or a local organization. Guards check entries, watch the doors and help the organizers keep the event running in an orderly way.
A party at a home, a hall or a rented venue, with a guest list or tickets at the door. Guards check entries against the list and keep an eye on the crowd through the night.
A wedding or reception at a hall, a banquet venue or a private property. Guards watch the entrance and the parking area, so the family and the guests can enjoy the day.
A live show at a venue, with tickets checked at the door and a crowd inside. Guards check tickets and numbers at the entries and keep an eye on the crowd during the show.
A match, a tournament or a race day with spectators coming and going. Guards check entries, watch the spectator areas and are on hand if something goes wrong.
A company gathering, a launch or a staff event at a venue or at business premises. Guards check entries, watch the doors and stay until the event ends.
An event at a school, a hall or a community building, often outside normal hours. Guards check entries, keep an eye on the building and lock up with the organizer at the end.
If your event is not on this list, call us. Guests arriving, numbers to watch and a crowd to keep an eye on matter more than what the event is called.
How Event Cover Starts
Call (778) 899-1576 and tell us the date, the venue, the hours the event runs and roughly how many guests you expect.
We talk through the entries, the numbers, where the guards stand and what they watch, and send a written quote with the rate and what is included, before you agree to anything.
Before the event, the duties are agreed with you in writing: how many guards, which entries they cover, what they check at the door, and who they report to during the event.
The guards arrive before doors open on the agreed date, cover the event through to the last guest leaving, and you hear what happened during the event.
Cover can run for a single event, a run of event dates, or a holiday period of events at one venue, and there is no minimum number of hours. To book guards for your event, call (778) 899-1576 and tell us about your event.

Event Security or a Guard on Site?
Event guards suit a gathering: guests arriving and leaving over a few hours, tickets or a guest list at the door, and a crowd to keep an eye on while the event runs. The guards are there for the event itself, from doors opening to the last guest leaving.
A static security guard holds one post for the entire shift. That suits a site that runs every day: an open gate, goods on site, or people coming and going at all hours. Mobile patrol sits between the two: a patrol guard visits an empty site at varied times and checks it through the night. A venue that holds events can pair event guards on the night with patrol visits on the quiet nights around it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is event security?
It is a security service where licensed, uniformed guards are on duty at your event. The guards check entries, tickets and numbers at the door, keep an eye on the crowd through the event, and are on hand if something goes wrong.
What do event guards check at the door?
The guards check entries as guests arrive. Where the event is ticketed, they check tickets, and where there is a guest list, they check names against it. They also keep count of the numbers coming in, so the venue stays within the number it is set up for.
How many guards does my event need?
It depends on how many guests you expect, the size of the venue, how many entries are open and how long the event runs. Tell us about your event and we will tell you the number we recommend in the written quote, up front.
Can you cover a single event?
Yes. We cover single events, single nights, holiday periods and short jobs, as well as ongoing contracts. A single shift is enough to start. Tell us the date and we will let you know if we can cover it.
What happens if something goes wrong at the event?
The guards deal with it on the spot and tell you or the organizer what is happening. You hear about it fast, the police are called when needed, and a written note of what happened follows.
How far ahead should I book, and what if it is short notice?
Book as soon as your date and venue are set, so the guards and the duties are agreed well before the day. If it is short notice, call (778) 899-1576: our dispatch runs 24 hours a day, and we will tell you right away what we can do.
How much does security for an event cost?
It depends on how many guards the event needs, how long it runs, and what the guards check at the door. A few guards for a private party costs less than a team at a festival with several entries. Tell us about your event and we will send a quote with the rate and what is included, up front.
Do I need security for my event?
If guests are coming and going, tickets or a guest list are checked at the door, alcohol is served, or the venue has a limit on how many people it can hold, guards help the event run safely. Some venues ask for licensed guards as a condition of the booking, so check your venue agreement. Tell us about your event and we will tell you straight whether guards make sense.
What is special event security?
It is security booked for one event or a run of event dates, rather than an ongoing site. Guards are on duty from doors opening to the last guest leaving, at festivals, weddings, concerts, sporting events, corporate events and private parties.
