Eagle Eye Security LTD is a security company in Surrey, BC. We put uniformed guards and patrols on sites all over the city, from Whalley and Surrey City Centre to Newton, Guildford, Fleetwood, Cloverdale and South Surrey.
We start by looking at what is actually happening at your site. Break ins, trespassing, vandalism, cars being broken into, and trouble after the site closes. Then we set the guard, the hours and the reporting to fit. You might need a guard on the door every night, patrol visits during the night, or commercial security in Surrey for one busy weekend.

Security Services in Surrey
These are the services we offer across the Lower Mainland.
Static Security Guards
A uniformed guard stays at your site, controls who comes in, checks visitors and deliveries, watches for trespassing and vandalism, and writes up anything unusual.
Mobile Patrol
A guard visits your site at varied times, day and night, checks doors, gates, fences and parking areas, and locks up. Each visit is proved by a checkpoint scan, and there are no key holding charges.
Alarm Response
When your alarm goes off, our guard goes instead of you or your staff, checks around the building and inside, stays until the site is secure, and tells you what was found.
Fire Watch
If a fire alarm or sprinkler system stops working, fire watch guards patrol the building, keep the fire watch log, and follow the BC Fire Code until the system is fixed.
Event Security
Guards for festivals, community events, private parties and venues. They check entries, tickets and numbers at the door, keep an eye on the crowd, and are there if something goes wrong.
CCTV Monitoring
Real people watch your cameras. If an operator sees something, they can send a guard out or call you and the police right away.
Security Camera Installation
We plan the cameras around your site first, looking at entrances, loading areas, parking lots and blind spots. Then we install the system and set it up.
24 Hour Security
Cover that keeps going after office hours, through the night, on weekends and on holidays. One contract. One person to call.
Security Guard Services for Surrey Businesses
Guard work is most of what we do, and most of it is here in the city. Our Surrey security guards work at commercial complexes, strata complexes, malls, shops, warehouses, offices, parking lots, construction sites and industrial yards across the city. Before cover starts, we agree the duties with you in writing: who can come in, checks around the site, walk rounds, incident reports, and who your team should call.
Guards wear a uniform. A supervisor checks on them, and they stay in touch with dispatch during the shift. If something happens at your site, you hear about it fast, and a written report follows. Cover can be one guard for one night, a regular schedule, or a patrol contract that grows as your site grows.
To hire a security guard in Surrey, call (778) 899-1576 and tell us about your site. We will tell you what level of cover makes sense and send you a written quote. You do not have to go ahead with it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a security guard cost in Surrey?
It depends on the hours, the kind of site, and what the guard has to do. One guard for one night at a small site costs less than cover 24/7 for a big warehouse. Tell us about your site and we will send a written quote with the rate and what is included, before you agree to anything.
Are your guards licensed in BC?
Yes. Every guard we send holds a BC security worker licence, issued by the province after background checks.
Do you provide emergency security guards?
Yes. Our dispatch runs 24 hours a day, and emergency cover is arranged by phone. Most calls are about break ins, alarms that have failed, sites left open, and cover at short notice. Call (778) 899-1576 and we will tell you right away what we can do.
How quickly can a guard reach my site?
For alarm calls, our average response time is 30 to 45 minutes. Exact timing depends on where your site is, the time of day, and which guards are on shift nearby. On the phone we will give you a time we can actually meet.
Do you offer short term or one night coverage?
Yes. We cover single events, single nights, holiday periods and short building jobs, as well as ongoing contracts. There is no minimum number of hours. Tell us the dates and we will let you know if we can cover them.
What types of sites do you protect?
Commercial complexes, strata complexes and apartment buildings, malls and shopping centres, warehouses and industrial yards, construction sites, parking lots, offices, schools and community buildings, and events. Most of these sites are here in the city. If your site is not on that list, ask. What the guard has to do matters more than what the site is called.
