Our Story: A Surrey Company Since 2017
Eagle Eye Security LTD started in Surrey, BC in 2017 with a simple idea: clients should know exactly what their guards are doing, and should be able to reach a real person the moment something goes wrong. Since then the company has grown to a team of more than 100 trained guards, licensed by the Province of BC and working on sites across Surrey, the Lower Mainland and beyond.
Growing has not changed how the work is run. Every site still starts with a conversation about what is actually going on there. The duties are written down before the first shift, supervisors check on guards while they are on post, and every incident ends up in a report the client can read. The office team that prices the work stays responsible for it once cover starts, so there is always someone who knows your site on the other end of the phone.
What Our Clients Say on Google
The reviews below come straight from Google, word for word, with our replies. If we have done work for you, please leave a review and say what we did and where. It helps other local businesses when they are choosing a company to hire.

What Our Team Does
Our 100+ guards work across eight services, from a single event shift to year-round site cover.
Static Security Guards
One guard on post for the full shift, at the door, gate or lobby.
Mobile Patrol
Visits through the night, each one logged by a checkpoint scan.
Alarm Response
A guard drives out when your alarm sounds, so you do not have to.
Fire Watch
Patrols and a fire watch log while your system is out of service.
Event Security
Entry, crowd and closing-time cover for events of any size.
CCTV Monitoring
Live operators watching your cameras after hours.
Security Camera Installation
Camera systems planned and installed around your site.
24 Hour Security
Nights, weekends and holidays, with no gaps in cover.
The sites we cover most are commercial complexes, strata complexes and apartment buildings, malls and shopping centres, warehouses and industrial yards, construction sites, parking lots and parkades, offices, schools and community buildings, and events.
How We Work With Clients
Every booking runs the same way, whether it is one guard for one night or cover day and night on an ongoing contract.
Call (778) 899-1576 and tell us where the site is, the hours you need covered, and what has been happening there.
Before cover starts, the duties are agreed with you in writing: who can come in, the checks to make, what to report, and who to call.
We send a written quote with the rate and what is included, before you agree to anything.
Guards wear a uniform, a supervisor checks on them during shifts, and they stay in touch with dispatch while on post. If something happens at your site, you hear about it fast, and a written report follows.
Cover can be one guard for one night, a regular schedule, or an ongoing contract, and there is no minimum number of hours.
